Headquartered in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, the company begins full-scale Bio AI and smart device R&D alongside medical-device trade.
In May 2026 GeniusMed Co., Ltd. was formally incorporated with its headquarters in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do.
The company pursues two pillars: bio and medical-device sales and import/export trade, which generates revenue immediately, and R&D centred on Bio AI smart glasses and AI agents.
By incorporation the company had secured six domestic patent filings and six PCT international filings, along with partnerships across more than ten countries.
