Executive Summary
An innovative biotech company solving intractable disease and critical social challenges with AI and smart devices.
Mission
Solving high-mortality diseases and severe social problems with AI and smart technologies.
Core Business
Bio AI smart glasses R&D, plus bio and medical device sales and trade.
Technology
AI-based early disease diagnosis and agents, plus drowsy-driving prevention and autonomous-driving technology.
Market
Entering the global IVD, smart glasses and autonomous-driving convergence markets.
Partners
R&D, marketing and sales collaboration with partners across 10+ countries including Korea, Japan, China, Switzerland and Singapore.
IP Status
Two filings for smart glasses and autonomous driving; two each for Bio AI diagnosis and AI agents.
Core Technology
AI-based early disease diagnosis and agents, plus drowsy-driving prevention and autonomous-driving technology.
An AI-driven medical diagnostic platform worn as eyewear
Multimodal sensors inside the frame continuously measure heart rate, blood pressure, SpO₂, ECG and EEG, while an on-device AI chip flags abnormalities in real time on the AR HUD.
Multimodal biometric authentication
Critical commands execute only when the user’s voice matches iris, fingerprint or dermal recognition.
Early disease diagnosis
Early detection of ocular, diabetic, hypertensive, cardiovascular, cerebral and respiratory disease.
Emergency response
On cardiac arrest or an accident, emergency services and hospitals are called automatically with location and video attached.
Personalised care
Medical records and live data are analysed together to suggest treatment.
Technology that prevents tens of thousands of drowsy-driving casualties a year
Smart-glasses cameras track eye, eyelid and pupil changes while EEG, PPG, ECG and skin-conductance sensors confirm drowsiness — the vehicle then switches to autonomous mode and executes deceleration, a shoulder pull-over, a cool-air blast and alerts to surrounding vehicles.
Ocular tracking
Micro-changes in eyes, eyelids and pupils are analysed in real time.
EEG measurement
Frame-mounted sensors measure EEG through scalp contact.
Autonomous takeover
Once drowsiness is confirmed the vehicle takes over driving itself.
Alerts to nearby vehicles
Surrounding vehicles are warned the moment the car decelerates and stops.
A single spoken command handles daily life, work, medical and financial tasks
A non-invasive agent that autonomously drives existing apps and the web without modifying any system, combining generative-AI language understanding with robotic autonomous execution.
Autonomous driving sync
Voice control of parking, vehicle summoning, climate, engine and infotainment.
Office assistant
Automates shopping, clinic bookings, taxi hailing, meeting minutes, document scans and file transfers.
Multilingual interpretation
Camera text recognition plus real-time simultaneous interpretation.
Emergency linkage
Auto-connects to the emergency room, police and fire services for cardiac arrest and for traffic, crime or fire incidents — replacing the limits of a phone call with automatic detection and instant reporting within the golden hour.

Switzerland
A non-profit research and technology organisation founded by the Swiss federal government in 1984. Around 640 researchers from 45 countries, headquartered in Neuchâtel, lead in ultra-low-power chips, biosensors and wearable vital-sign monitoring.
www.csem.chJapan
Development partner for in-vitro diagnostic devices and biopharmaceuticals.
Japan
Marketing partner for the Japanese market.
China
IVD medical device developer and China marketing partner. Listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
Singapore
Marketing partner for the ASEAN region.
Korea
Partner for IVD medical device development and sales.
Global R&D Collaboration
A memorandum of understanding with Switzerland's CSEM was signed electronically on 2 July 2026 and is valid for two years. The parties jointly develop vital-sign monitoring — heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, blood pressure and EEG — integrated into smart glasses. GeniusMed leads the project and system integration; CSEM contributes optical sensing, biopotentials and digital-health R&D.
A joint proposal for the 11th Eurostars call is being prepared with CSEM (deadline 10 September 2026). If selected, the Korean SME is funded for up to 67% of project cost through the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, strengthening eligibility for global government R&D funding.
