On 2 July 2026 GeniusMed signed a memorandum of understanding, electronically, with CSEM — the non-profit research and technology organisation founded by the Swiss federal government. The agreement runs for two years.
GeniusMed acts as lead organisation and system integrator; CSEM contributes R&D in optical sensing, biopotentials and digital health. The document was signed by CEO Brian Lee and Jens Krauss, Vice President of CSEM's MedTech business unit.
Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Neuchâtel, CSEM employs around 640 researchers from 45 countries and is world-class in ultra-low-power chips and wearable vital-sign monitoring.
